- More than 23 years of professional experience (HGB/US GAAP/IFRS) with regard to the establishment, coordination, and supervision of the Controlling/Accounting/ownership structures for international stock corporations, as well as for medium-sized companies in Germany/Europe
- Controlling/Accounting/consolidation experience in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Great Britain, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Romania
- More than 18 years of responsibility for staff (1 to 16 direct reports)
- Professional experience in the following areas: Professional experience in the following areas: occupational pensions, consulting, Facility Management, semiconductors, identify solutions, industrial gases and process plants, real estate, cosmetics, food, luxury goods industry, mechanical engineering, network technology, pharmacy, industrial engineering and project management, telecommunication and insurance broking
- Spin-off experience (Bristol Myers — Convatec)
- Merger/integration experience (Aon Corporation with Hewitt Associates)
- Experience with regard to the development of internal control systems and key processes incl. documentation, as well as SOPs (Shared Service Centers, SOX, and internal ISO auditor)
- Set-up, supervision, and coordination of new projects, e.g. further optimization of the Reporting/Controlling/Accounting instruments of the companies/countries
- Education to be a SAP user/consultant (FI/CO module) — degree level 1
- Good knowledge of PC standard software, experienced user of Excel, MS Office, Lotus Notes,
SAP (FI/CO/BCS/S4 HANA), LucaNet, Oracle, J. D. Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics-Navision, Tagetik, GLOVIA, S Base, Infor MOVEX M3,
Impromptu, Hyperion, Cognos and Corporate Planner - German (mother tongue), English (business fluent)
